By enrolling in any course offered by Medizen Institute or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Student') and Medizen Institute ('Company'). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll or use our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Our courses are open to graduates and professionals from life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, medicine, and related healthcare fields. Eligibility requirements vary by course.

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee or as per an agreed payment plan. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation of enrollment without refund.

All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. Fees applicable at the time of enrollment will be honoured for the duration of that course.

Payment can be made via UPI, net banking, credit/debit card, or EMI options through our authorised payment partners. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Special combo offer pricing is valid only for the specific batch at the time of enrollment and cannot be applied retroactively to previous enrollments.

Course materials, recordings, study notes, and resources are the intellectual property of Medizen Institute and are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Extension requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Recording, redistribution, or resale of any course content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and permanent ban from our platform.

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct in all interactions — including live sessions, WhatsApp groups, and community forums associated with the course.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connectivity to access and participate in online courses.

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all assessments and attendance requirements. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, though we provide best-effort placement assistance.

You may not share your login credentials with others or allow multiple people to access the course using a single enrollment. Each enrollment is for one individual only.

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour towards Medizen Institute staff, faculty, or fellow students will result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

Any attempt to circumvent our digital rights management, copy or scrape course content, or reverse engineer our platform is strictly prohibited.

Medizen Institute's liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total course fee paid by the student for the specific course in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data or employment opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Student grievances should first be raised with your assigned course coordinator. Unresolved issues may be escalated by emailing medizeninstitutevigilance@gmail.com with the subject line 'Grievance'.

We aim to resolve all grievances within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint.
