Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Medizen Institute experience. Here is our clear and fair refund policy.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests are considered only if submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date and before accessing more than 20% of the course content.

  • Students who have attended live sessions, downloaded study materials, or received placement assistance are not eligible for a full refund, as these constitute delivery of service.

  • Special combo offer enrollments, discounted batch enrollments, and scholarship-assisted enrollments are subject to modified refund terms specified at the time of enrollment.

Refund Timeline

  • Upon approval of a refund request, we process the refund within 5–7 business days. The actual credit to your account may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We do not issue refunds to a different bank account, UPI ID, or card than the one used for payment.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated, along with a reference number you can use to track the transaction with your bank.

Partial Refunds

  • If you request a refund between 7 and 14 days of enrollment and have accessed up to 20% of the course content, you may be eligible for a 50% partial refund.

  • Processing fees charged by payment gateways (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable in all cases, as these are charges levied by the payment processor and not retained by Medizen Institute.

  • If a course is cancelled or significantly altered by Medizen Institute before commencement, a full refund will be provided regardless of any deposits or advance payments made.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refund will be issued after 14 days of enrollment, after accessing more than 20% of course content, or after receiving any placement assistance or interview preparation sessions.

  • Refunds are not applicable for course fees paid as part of an EMI arrangement where disbursement has already been made to Medizen Institute by the financing partner.

  • If enrollment is terminated due to violation of our Code of Conduct or Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued irrespective of the stage of the course.

How to Request a Refund

  • To initiate a refund, email medizeninstitutevigilance@gmail.com with your full name, registered email, course name, payment reference number, and reason for the refund request.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with a decision. We may request additional information before processing your request.

  • Please do not file chargebacks or disputes with your bank before contacting us — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and chargeback processes can delay resolution.

Course Transfer Policy

  • Instead of a refund, you may transfer your enrollment to the next available batch at no additional cost, provided the request is made before the course commences.

  • Enrollment can also be transferred to another eligible individual with prior written approval from Medizen Institute. A nominal transfer fee of ₹500 may apply.

  • Course transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the batch start date and are subject to seat availability in the target batch.

Force Majeure

  • In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, government-mandated lockdowns, or other force majeure events, Medizen Institute reserves the right to reschedule courses without refund obligations.

  • In such events, affected students will be offered equivalent alternative arrangements, such as online delivery, deferred batch access, or extended content validity.

  • We will always communicate proactively and work collaboratively with affected students to find fair and reasonable solutions.

  • This Refund Policy was last updated in May 2025 and is subject to change. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your refund request.
